Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
All items are sent via Royal Mail, signed for second class.
You can choose to upgrade your postage at checkout.
The letterbox gifts are sent as second class but are sent via the post office so we have the proof of postage.
If the worst should happen and a parcel goes missing, there is a protocol to follow from the Royal Mail with a certain wait period which sadly can be up to 28 days, but send me a message and we shall discuss it further.
Our Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
If you would like to return you items you have 14 days from the purchase date to contact us.
You then have a further 14 days to return the product in undamaged condition.
The buyer is responsible for postage costs.
